*Missing Ashland teen, Hannah Thomas-Garner, has been missing for days, and her mother speaks to the Daily Tidings and offers her daughter unconditional support. Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts can call the Ashland Police Department at 541-482-5211.*

*Despite last year’s unfortunate lack of snow and Mt. Ashland Ski Area not opening for the first time in its history for the entire ski season, seasonal workers have returned for the upcoming season.*

*Brian Self of Oregon Ground Works shares tips on how to manage your garden based on its unique ecology.

*SOU Sports Update:
-The volleyball team, ranked #17 in the country, outlasted #8 Columbia at nationals in Iowa.
-The volleyball team subsequently lost to 4th ranked Texas at Brownsville.
-The SOU football team plays this Saturday in Chicago and is inviting parents, boosters and fans to join the team for the playoff experience.
